Welcome to eMaccounts.in, your accounting platform. This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your use of the Site and membership. This Agreement may be modified by eMaccounts.in from time to time. The membership and rights of admissions are reserved.
This Terms of Use is published in accordance with the Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. eMaccounts.in is a monthly invoice generation platform based on the data provided by you, such as money receipts, expenses, etc.
In order to use the eMaccounts.in Service, you must register as a member on the Website/community sites/mobile applications (Site). eMaccounts.in is an intermediary as defined under sub-clause (w) of Section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. This Agreement is an electronic contract that establishes the legally binding terms you must accept to use the Site and to become a "Member."
By using the Service, you consent to submit your organization’s member identifiable information including sensitive personal data such as your financial data, Identity proofs, etc., to collect, process, display, and use the said information. If you object to this, please refrain from registering with the Site.
To register as a Member of eMaccounts.in or use this Site, you must be legally competent and have completed all government legal processes. eMaccounts.in will not maintain any legal documents or verify any of your documents.
By using this Site, you warrant that you are eligible to enter into this Agreement and submit relevant information. eMaccounts.in reserves the right to terminate your membership without a refund if it finds you ineligible or in violation of any terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.
This Agreement remains effective as long as you use the Site. You may terminate your membership by deleting your profile or by contacting eMaccounts.in. eMaccounts.in may terminate your membership for violation of terms without refunding any subscription fees.
The Site is for maintaining accounting records for organizations and cannot be used for commercial purposes. Illegal or unauthorized uses will be investigated, and legal action will be taken.
You are solely responsible for all content that you upload, post, or otherwise make available via the Service. eMaccounts.in reserves the right to delete content that violates this Agreement and terminate the membership of offenders.
You may not post or distribute any copyrighted material without obtaining prior written consent from the owner. If you believe your work has been infringed, please provide the necessary information to eMaccounts.in for investigation.
eMaccounts.in is not responsible for technical malfunctions or any loss of data. The Site is provided "AS-IS" without any warranty. eMaccounts.in disclaims liability for any content posted by users.
eMaccounts.in will not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site or Service.
All disputes will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, India.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eMaccounts.in and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Service.
This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and eMaccounts.in regarding the use of the Site. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder of the Agreement remains in effect.
